Will NBPA’s negotiating suffer if top leaders scatter overseas?

The Players Association is about to lose another top leader as former Spur Roger Mason Jr. appears close to signing with Hapoel Jerusalem.

Newsday reports that Mason, who is vice president of the players’ union as a member of the New York Knicks, could be he played with before joining the Spurs for the 2008-09 season.
